Prices from the house menu, October 2026. The special menu is served at lunch; Friday and Saturday dinners are à la carte. A tasting menu is also available with advance booking.

A three-star dining room standard

Eduardo Alemán was head of the dining room at El Cenador de Amós, three Michelin stars. He runs Las Peñas the same way: careful attention, well timed courses and a wine list with bottles rarely seen in the area. Allergies and gluten free are handled from the booking.

We work with local producers. On the menu: Las Garmillas semi-cured cheese, Tresviso sauce, sobao pasiego, Cantabrian anchovies and squid.

Erika and Edu

Erika Domínguez, from A Pobra do Caramiñal in Galicia, was head chef at Posada de Ojébar and now runs the kitchen at Las Peñas. Eduardo Alemán, born in Havana, became head of the dining room at El Cenador de Amós. They reopened Las Peñas on 26 April 2022. On his channel Edu teaches technique, craft and service culture.
